Tenant(s)
Send us the following documentation and fill in the form below.
- Introduction of approximately 3-4 sentences. Explain who you are, what you do and your motivation to rent the house.
- Valid ID. Make a copy of your ID (Passport/ID/Driver’s License) Please note AVG proof.
- Salary slips last 3 months.
- Good tenant statement from your current landlord.
- BRP extract from the population register with historical addresses
(if you are registered with the (municipality of) Rotterdam). Use the link and log in with your DigID.
Explanation: BRP / GBA extract = Extract from Municipality Personal Records Database
- Copy of employer’s contract/employer’s statement.
- Copy of bank balance of the last 3 months.
- Copy of salary receipts to the bank account number.
- For entrepreneurs a Chamber of Commerce and an accountant’s report.
Explanation
- Valid ID: Provide in color, front and backside
- Income statement / IB60 form tax office and GBA / BRP extract have a processing time +/- 5 working days
Guarantor
Do you guarantee for the tenant? Please submit the following documents and complete the form below:
- Valid ID. Make a copy of your ID (Passport/ID/Driver’s License) Please note AVG proof.
- Salary slips last 3 months.
